the best as it is right in the centre and has a nice pool
I had been offered a room with a small window to a light well - only after complaining and a lengthy discussion on the next morning (I arrived after 8 pm) I was offered a slightly better room in the adjacent "Hotel Princess" for a higher price! there has been no mention in the htel-description that rooms are situated to a light well! one of the receptionist was stubborn to hand out the key, because I told my room number in english and not spanish! .... and for curiosity: at the breakfast-buffet they offer cornflakes and joghurt, but have no bowls - you have to eat them from dessert-plates

The breakfast was nice, although note that Argentines eat a very light & bread laden breakfast only. Staff was nice & location is good. Wifi extremely fast & works in the room.
Pictures online look nothing like they actually are!! Extremely old, rooms not clean... Didn't feel comfortable using the shower! Rooms are extremely small! Was suppose to stay for 3 nights but only stayed 1... Wouldn't have even stayed that night but would have been charged anyway so we stayed. Would not recommend. Definitely not worth the price! For $10 cdn more you can stay at a beautiful 4 star hotel.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the fantastic breakfast offered at this hotel. There were plenty of vegetarian options and the staff were attentive to any individual dietary needs. the central location was perfect for exploring the city and easily accessing nearby shopping and nightlife. Finally, the spacious rooms were a pleasant surprise and made the stay more comfortable.
The air conditioning was not ideal and the temperature could not be regulated to a comfortable level. there were limited outlets in the room and no ice was available for drinks.

The location of the hotel was great as it was within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. the breakfast was decent and provided a variety of pastries, bread, yogurt and juice. Our room was equipped with necessary amenities that helped us to have a comfortable romantic escape.
The room was dated and had some issues with smell of cigarettes or bathroom odor. the bed was lumpy and the towels provided were thin and old.

During our recent stay in Mendoza, we found a great centrally-located hotel. We could easily walk to the main square and grab a bite to eat. this hotel was in the outskirts of Mendoza, with breathtaking views of the mountains. the rooms were clean and tidy; the bathroom was spacious and well-equipped. the service was remarkable, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning.
We found the bath towels to be discolored and quite worn.
